Quizzical
For the Emotography Showcase this week, I’m feeling quizzical and it looks as though the Owl is too.
Macro Moments Challenge: Week 10
This week there is no theme for the challenge over at Musin’ With Susan so I’ve decided to post this handsome fellow.
Canon 350D, f/11, 1/30. ISO 400, 50mm, no flash.
Rare
With so many people emailing these days it’s rare to get a letter at all and even rarer to get one with a stamp attached. Most of the mail we get comes in prepaid envelopes, I hadn’t thought about that until this week when I was surprised by a stamped, hand addressed letter.
These stamps were in my wallet but since I bought them the price of posting a letter has gone up to $1.00
Protective
My post for the Emotography Showcase this week is maybe a bit closer to the original objective of the event. Not only does it show a protective parent but I think it also arouses the same feeling when you see the little ducklings.
Macro Moments Challenge: Week 9
This week’s challenge is to photograph an inanimate object. I’ve chosen a little Worry Doll brooch, it’s about 1″ or 2.5 cms high.
The photo is taken with a Panasonic Lumix, DMC-TZ60 in Macro mode.
Fun
Recently “Yarn Bombers” struck in Blackwood and it was great fun walking along the street and coming across a brightly coloured bike, in some cases with cuddly riders. Perfect for this week’s theme in the WordPress Photo Challenge.
Overwhelmed
“O” is for “overwhelmed” physically for the man but emotionally for me just seeing the pigeons all over him.
Check out Week 31 of the Emotography Showcase here.
Macro Moments: Week 8
My post this week for the Macro Moments Challenge, you can check it out HERE.
Hoverflies on wild Poppies in my garden.
Taken with a Canon 350D at 1/100, f/14, 105mm, ISO 400.
Morning Dew
My contribution to the Daily Post Weekly Photo Challenge this week titled, “Morning”.
