To reach this cache required a bit of a hill climb, I guess the people who placed it decided Muggles weren’t likely to be wandering about up there.

Gruesome Cache

After a long break from geocaching because of the hot weather and various other things today I ventured out again and was well rewarded for my efforts. There was a CSI type series of cases all place in a lovely environment. Below is a photo of one in the series.

Buzz Off

I was searching for a geocache near the base of a big old Gum Tree. Sulphur Crested Cockatoos were screeching loudly and although most of the complaining was directed at me there was also a bee hive in the tree and one bee was being particularly annoying. In the photo you can just see the tiny bee which was causing all the aggro.

Freddo’s Nightmare

This cache was hidden especially for someone who is a committed cacher but who hates nanos. When he goes to find it he’ll be facing about 30 of them!

Inside the cache was this container.

Inside 1 of the nanos was the log.
