These are the flowers that have appeared in our garden this month.

WPC: Variations
I decided on seed cases for my “Variations on a Theme“, the challenge for this week. I found them all in our garden this afternoon.

Garden Skinks
We have hundreds of little Skinks scuttling about our place but recently I decided to photograph some differences. Most have copper coloured heads with grey/black pattered bodies. Some however have stripes, yellow tails or copper coloured tails. Most have white under bellies but some of the shinier, slimmer type have yellow under bellies.
I discovered that when you turn them over to check the colour of their bellies they lie quite still but the instant you turn them back over they’re off!

WPC: Silence
Wonderful, wonderful silence.
WPC: Weathered
The challenge this week is to show something weathered, I think this echidna sculpture is showing signs of having lived through a few hot summers and wet winters.
WPC: Growth
It seems to me there is always new growth on a Jasmine climber!
