I’m a sister, wife, mother, grandmother, auntie and friend. I prefer to be outside and am interested in photography, nature and different cultures. I believe everything on this earth has a right to be here but some things and some people would be happiest if their space was far away from mine. (Flies and biting bugs take note!) I don’t like housework and think dust is Nature’s way of saying, “This is my space, I was here first.”

Lots of layers there, Sue.

I always wonder if others will see what I actually see. I liked the layered rocks and although you probably can’t pick it there was moss layered on some rocks and grass on others.
I always find this interesting.
Is this a old tree trunk or stone?
Greeting, Elke
The photo is of the base of a very tenacious old Gum Tree, the roots are down into the layers of rocks. The soil must have dropped away leaving the base exposed, it’s on a slope.
Thanks for the detailed info.
I had almost thought of something like that.
Greetings to you.
