A tough little miniature yellow rose.

I’m a sister, wife, mother, grandmother, auntie and friend. I prefer to be outside and am interested in photography, nature and different cultures. I believe everything on this earth has a right to be here but some things and some people would be happiest if their space was far away from mine. (Flies and biting bugs take note!) I don’t like housework and think dust is Nature’s way of saying, “This is my space, I was here first.” View all posts by macmsue
A lovely picture that certainly captures the challenge. Beautiful.
Thanks, glad you liked it.
oooh, ooh, oh!!! I was startled into wakefulness this morning with this absolutely stunning photograph. (I wake up with WordPress and a cup of coffee, that is my pattern) Was the red around the edges part of the rose, or did you add it with post processing? I have the feeling it is natural and wow, I have never seen anything like it. If you added it, it is still great, because it is so artistic.
Glad it gave you a good start to your day. The red around the edge is completely natural You can see the changes over time here; http://67sbrainbubble.wordpress.com/2015/01/19/miniature-rose-chameleon/

Thanks. I’m glad I have the software to select the important part, the leaves, pot and mulch were distracting.

Very pretty rose.
Thanks, it’s a very interesting Rose because it gradually changes from yellow to orange then red.
I like the round framing on this.
