Weekly Photo Challenge: Change

A real lifestyle change.
A real lifestyle change.

That’s the best I can do in a single photo but hopefully here is a more complete story. Timing and patience are so important in photography.

I’m a sister, wife, mother, grandmother, auntie and friend. I prefer to be outside and am interested in photography, nature and different cultures. I believe everything on this earth has a right to be here but some things and some people would be happiest if their space was far away from mine. (Flies and biting bugs take note!) I don’t like housework and think dust is Nature’s way of saying, “This is my space, I was here first.”

  1. Love it. I’m waiting to catch a Cicada/Locust coming out of it’s shell but have another month or two to wait.. Fingers crossed.

    1. Good luck! I sat up for hours trying to video a caterpillar changing into a pupa but had so many false starts so that when it actually did happen the battery was flat & I had to wait for another caterpillar and put in another “night shift”. It’s worth it though. Mind blowing.

      1. It was well worth it I’m know. Cicadas are very hard to catch because it seems as though they change there clothes at night. 😉 Hardly see one during the day…just it’s shell left behind. So my wait may be a very long one. 😉

So, what do you think?
